Donna was previously a Practice Manager / Accounts Manager of two local firms of solicitors before turning to the Legal Aid costs drafting. Donna has over ten year’s experience of drafting legal aid work and specialises in Care and family cases including preparation of fixed fee claims, Bills for assessment by the Court, hourly rate High Costs Case Plans and Events Plans. She also prepares civil hourly rates claims for LAA and Court assessment with a particular interest in housing cases. Donna can also complete EX80 forms and post assessment XML files for submission to the LAA.
