Robert has experience across a wide variety of matters including Legal Aid but now specialises in inter partes work. Robert has regularly dealt with clinical negligence, professional negligence and commercial matters to including high value matters where costs are in excess of £500,000. Robert undertakes work on behalf of both paying and receiving parties and deals with all aspects of the costs process including budgets, bills of costs, Points of Dispute/Replies and other costs pleadings. Robert also accepts instructions to attend CCMCs and detailed assessment hearings.
