We sat down with Rebecca Bidwell, Director and Head of the Business Development department, to talk about our Trainee Law Costs Draftsperson Programme and her involvement as Training Co-Ordinator. As we are currently searching for our next cohort, due to the outstanding success of our current trainees, we thought this was the perfect time to interview her.

Rebecca is extremely passionate about providing the right training to allow the team to perform to the best of their abilities and give them as many opportunities as possible. So, she got together with Training Manager, David Smith and Director, Ann Henderson, to create an in-depth training programme that would cover all aspects of Law Costing as well as being bespoke to Bidwell Henderson practices, to create 5* Law Costs Draftspeople. The programme has been aided by other BH Team members in order to give them a full rounded view of the industry.

Our training team have worked tirelessly to improve the programme and are always looking to improve and enhance the programme with the most up to date information.
