Costs Drafting History: Molly started her costs drafting career in 2002.
Molly studied Law to A Level and has undertaken her AAT Levels 1 and 2 in Accounting and Finance. Molly started to learn how to cost Legal Aid Family matters back in 2002 and has progressed from there.
Molly can now undertake all manner of Legal Aid, Family High Cost Cases, Care, Family, Housing, Judicial Review, Immigration, Court Assessed Bills, Private Client Bills and Inter Partes’ Bills. Her preference is Family Legal Aid work. She has also trained a number of Cost Draftsman and managed a team of 5.
Profile: Molly has been married for seven years and her and her husband enjoy travelling the world to the extreme. They plan to trek to Everest Base Camp when they are allowed to travel again. She is a stepmother to twin boys (If you can call twenty-six year old men boys!) and has recently become a step-grandmother, which she is loving and she enjoys spending time with her nephew who is five and obsessed with Pokemon.
Molly has discovered a passion for baking and will create a different cake every weekend!
