What’s it like working at Bidwell Henderson?

It’s a great experience where I can learn new things, I have only been here a little bit and I have already learnt how to do multiple tasks. It is also a great working environment as everyone is friendly and will help out if needed.

What attracted you to the apprenticeship advert?

I saw the advert in the paper and read the background of the company, it sounded like the right place for me and was also the job I wanted so I applied for it, I also was attracted to the variety of roles that I could choose from.

Tell us about your favourite work day so far

My favourite day was the day where the office had an Easter egg hunt where chocolate Easter eggs were the prizes.

What do you think about the job?

I really enjoy the job and the many tasks that I do, I get on well with the people that work here as well which makes the job even better.

What was your biggest fear before starting at Bidwell Henderson?

My biggest fear was that I didn’t know anyone that worked at Bidwell Henderson, so when I came in for the first tell they made me feel very welcome and made me feel like part of the team.

What advice would you give someone applying for an apprentice position?

I would tell them to apply for an apprenticeship that would enjoy, I would also tell them to be themselves whilst completing the apprenticeship
