Overview of the position:

Professional in-house position at an award winning and fast growing firm of Costs Lawyers and Law Costs Draftspeople. Bidwell Henderson offer a diverse range of legal services to their Solicitor clients and are looking for someone who can help us deliver on our ambitious growth plans. This is a professional and supportive role with progression opportunities for the right candidate.

You would be working alongside our friendly and supportive business development team and you would be contributing to the company’s future growth plans. It’s a very exciting time to join the company.

We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills, strong organisation skills, a fast learner and someone who can use their own initiative to help problem solve. The ideal candidate would want to learn and relay the benefits of both working for and sending work to Bidwell Henderson, create design work through basic programmes such as Canva, pitch new ideas to the team, create and manage a business development plan and utilise technology for growth.

What we require:

Essential requirements:

  • A creative person who has the ability to create new ideas and campaigns
  • Use basic design software such as Canva or Photoshop
  • Be able to track the results of social media campaigns
  • Great Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent keyboard and communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills including the use of Excel and all Microsoft programmes
  • Works well under pressure
  • Motivated person who is a team player who can work under their own initiative when required
  • Great organisation skills including diary management
