I realise this is a busy and difficult time but I wanted to personally reach out and update you on the current situation at Bidwell Henderson.
Our DX 16906 Alfreton is being monitored during the week and our free courier collection and delivery service is fully operational.
Bidwell Henderson is open and able to provide the same exceptional level of service our clients expect. It isn’t quite business as usual as we have temporarily closed our Newcastle office to protect our team and we are working with skeleton staff in our head office in Alfreton. However, our team are all able to work securely from home using our secure VPN and 2 factor authentication.
While we are chatting I’d like to take this opportunity to publicly thank our team for the incredible effort they continue to provide during these troubles times. Quite frankly our team are amazing. They have had to deal with huge amount of work to ensure our solicitor client’s cashflow is maintained. They are all isolated at home with their families and are continuing to exceed our expectations and provide legal billing services to our solicitor clients so they can provide vital legal services to some of the most vulnerable people in society.

Book a slot courier collection
We now have a direct local courier collection of files from firms within a 20 mile radius of Chesterfield every Wednesday, allowing clients to book time slots rather than having to wait for a collection from our usual courier service and avoiding the need for them to travel to the DX to drop off files. Free remote billing review
In this crisis a number of our clients have asked about how they can send files to us remotely. We offer a number of solutions which save our clients time, money and inconvenience wherever we can.
