What we require from our consultants

Legal Aid billing or processing experience

Be committed to ongoing training and learning, to be the best you can be

To provide services with due care, skill and ability and with a high level of accuracy

The ability to work remotely (with your own hardware including a computer, printer, scanner, secure lockable cabinate and telephone)

To provide excellent ongoing client care to our clients and prioritise urgent work and updates

The ability to check own work and without day to day supervision

Maintain and keep updated our case management software with work done

The ability to prioritise our client's work and adhere to their specific instructions

Ideally proficient in using CostsMaster Software – not essential as we can provide training
