We are proud and grateful for our experience at the UK Company Culture Awards. Although we didn’t win, the journey leading up to the event and our participation in the awards were meaningful for our team.
Attending the awards was a testament to our commitment to the Trainee Costs Draftsperson Programme. It gave us the opportunity to showcase our dedication to employee development and create a supportive culture within our organisation. We were honoured to be recognised as finalists and to connect with industry leaders who share our passion for cultivating a thriving workplace.
While we were hopeful to win, we understand that being a finalist is a significant accomplishment in itself. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the winners and fellow finalists. Their achievements have served as a source of inspiration and motivation, and we are proud to be part of a community dedicated to nurturing positive company cultures.
