I started my 15 – 18 month Business Administration Apprenticeship on 16th October 2017 and I am hoping to complete the course within 12 months of starting the apprenticeship. This is through my dedication and determination but also through the help and support from everyone at Bidwell Henderson. I have found this experience to be enjoyable and fulfilling. I have grown as a person through the experience and have gained a lot of knowledge about working in a business environment. I have already received a promotion within the business and I also mentor new apprentices coming in to the business.
