Join our award-winning Training Programme and work with our legal costing experts. Our Legal Aid Trainee Law Costs Draftsperson Programme has been in development since 2018, starting with the recruitment of, our Head of Legal Aid Training, David Smith.
We have successfully bought in six cohorts so far, plus our fantastic first trainee Samantha Wright who has since been promoted to Training Coordinator. Sam now works closely with our trainees to provide support and feedback, allowing them to progress in their costing skills.
How Our Award-Winning Training Programme Works
Our training programme comprises over 250 learning sessions, covering all the relevant knowledge to ensure our trainees can perform both confidently and efficiently. The training is delivered through our online training platform and supported with daily one-on-one tutorials with our Head of Legal Aid Training.
Our Training Team is made up of experts who combined boast over 150 years of experience. This could be your opportunity to learn, grow and in time contribute to the expert knowledge we provide to our clients.
In 2022 our Trainee Law Costs Draftsperson Programme won the Best Employee Development Programme (In-House). We were extremely proud of this achievement and our team that helped us to get there.
