Eleanor joined our team in 2015, having worked in costs since 2009. She achieved First Class Honours in Law at the University of Kent and went on to attain a Distinction on the Legal Practice Course at City University, London. Eleanor’s costing career began during her time as a legal assistant, in a legal aid firm which undertook housing, family and immigration work.
Eleanor has been working solely in costs since 2011 and has a wealth of experience in drafting Costs Budgets and Bills of Costs in privately and publicly funded cases, including 6 column bills. In addition Eleanor has often attended in house to assist clients with the billing process. Eleanor also has experience in preparing Points of Dispute and Replies, negotiating costs and attending assessment hearings, with particular specialism in Court of Protection, Industrial Disease and Probate claims.
